This is quite a comprehensive website for pregnancy! It has a nutrition program (whereby we enter the food we ate for the day and the system calculates the intake of calcium, protein, folate, iron, calories and fibre), fitness plan, meal plan, journal, calendar and reports.
When I saw the my intake values compared with the daily goals, I had a little shock as I am not even on the passing mark! Now... I am concerned. This tracker will help me greatly in montioring my diet and to maintain a good eating habit.
